I kept asking the director until the end, and this much is okay, right?

For the first and last time, I got rhinoplasty, under-eye fat repositioning, and lip filler. It's about 3 months now, and I like it so much that I'm writing a review! =D Reason for surgery: my complexes were dark under-eye circles + a flat, spread-looking nose. Even with full makeup, those complex areas couldn't be completely covered.. I was stressed and my self-esteem went down.. I thought my life was too precious to spend time being stressed about my appearance when I only live once, so I chose the method of plastic surgery Hospital choice & surgery day: I went to consultations at several places, but one place felt the most trustworthy, so I chose that hospital! I had a consultation with the representative director, and as soon as he saw me, he immediately identified my concerns and explained why by looking at the photos taken at the hospital. Also, I heard that if you bring photos of the nose you want to the consultation, it makes the consultation easier, so I brought them and told the director that I really wanted to have a nose like this. He explained the suitable nasal materials and surgical method needed for the refined yet glamorous straight-with-slight-slope nose line I wanted. And at a hospital I had consulted at before, they recommended alar reduction because my nasal tip is wide, so I asked whether that surgery was really necessary for me, and the director firmly said I did not need alar reduction. Since I have a slight hump and wide nasal bones, he said that to get the nose I wanted, the hump needed to be slightly shaved down and osteotomy was definitely necessary. I strongly felt there was no overtreatment and that he recommended only what was truly necessary. After the consultation, there was no pressure to pay a deposit, so I went home and thought about it, then decided to follow what this hospital recommended: open rhinoplasty with osteotomy, silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, plus under-eye fat repositioning, and while I was at it, lip filler too On the day of surgery, during the final design, I kept asking the director that he had to make my nose line similar to the photo, so he probably thought I was a difficult patient Even so, he didn't get irritated and said he would match it as much as possible.. I was really incredibly nervous, but the operating room staff treated me in a way that helped me feel at ease, so I think I was able to have the surgery well. After surgery ~ now: Anyone who has had rhinoplasty probably knows.. until the splint is removed, nasal congestion, swelling, and bruising make it a bit hard.. Maybe because I did under-eye and nose at once, it was harder than expected, so I regretted it a little, but on day 7, as soon as the splint and stitches were removed, those thoughts completely disappeared The swelling went down quickly, and even though it hadn't been long since surgery, my under-eyes looked clean and the nasal bridge and tip came out so pretty that I liked it. It's already the 3-month mark now, and I have no side effects and no discomfort at all, so time has been passing without me noticing. The small residual swelling is also going down well, so seeing it become more and more natural makes me so happy It came out with the feeling I wanted, so I like it, and acquaintances also compliment me, saying it turned out not burdensome, just naturally yet glamorously, so I'm very satisfied and also grateful to the director and the hospital staff. Only my under-eyes, nose, and lips changed, but it's so fascinating that my atmosphere and impression changed this much, and I wonder if I should have done it a little earlier Seriously, worrying only delays time, so everyone, please look into it carefully and I hope you all succeed!!
