First of all, I don’t have a severely bulbous nose, but I do have some bulbousness and I want a naturally elegant look. After looking around online here and there, I went to 2 places first last week, and the directors’ consultation styles were different and what they recommended was different too, so I’m torn I still have 3 more places left to visit (ㅂㅇㅂ, ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㅁㅇㄷ) 1. (ㄷㄷㅇ) They printed out my photo and explained while drawing the design with a pencil They strongly recommended donated costal cartilage and said I probably don’t need alar reduction 2. (ㅁㅂ) They put my photo up on the monitor, measured angles, and measured the cm distance around my eyes and glabella while explaining what should be done to get pretty facial proportions They said donated costal cartilage is okay too, but autologous costal cartilage is definitely better, and that it would be good to do alar reduction together I’m so torn. If anyone here has been to the hospitals I visited or the hospitals I’m going to visit, or has had surgery there, please give me some advice!!
