It has been about 4 years since I had Smile LASIK, and my vision has not gotten worse at all so far. The only side effects are dry eyes, increased fatigue, and trouble focusing if I look at my phone for a long time. It was a completely factory-like operation, so maybe because of that the actual surgery felt like 1 minute. My vision before surgery was around 0.1. They were kind, and I still get checkup messages to this day. It is fine as long as you keep putting in artificial tears regularly!
