For a more careful decision, I’d appreciate your advice. (Photos included)

This is the pre- and post-surgery photo board, but I’m posting photos because I’d like to ask for more advice... and hear about the experiences of people who have had surgery. If this doesn’t fit the purpose, I’ll delete it... As you can see in the photos, I have a bulbous nose with very wide nasal alae. Putting aside whether my nose is low or high, from the front, the shape of my nostrils(?) was stressful for me... Also, maybe because I don’t have much of a nasal bridge, when I smile, my nasal tip spreads out without mercy. When I told the doctor, he said there are Gore-Tex and silicone, and that even just building up the nasal bridge with silicone could have the effect of keeping the nostrils from spreading, so silicone alone would be enough.... But after coming into this community, I heard about various implants, and I’m even wondering whether I should look into another clinic... Cartilage and things like that... implants for rhinoplasty that make it look pretty without being obvious, you know..... The doctor said he would put silicone in with the bridge a bit thicker and the tip thinner so that I’d still be able to make a pig nose.... For me, the final goal of rhinoplasty is the shape of my nostrils when seen from the front... Sigh..... If I do only silicone as the doctor said.... would I be able to get the effect of bringing the nasal tip together?? (Thank you for reading this long post)
