I had nose surgery yesterday. I have a bulbous nose, but the tip was already very high without much bridge, so to balance it out ㅋ I had 3 mm silicone in the bridge and the tip done. But honestly, if someone told me to have nose surgery twice, I couldn't.ㅠ I guess there really is a price to becoming prettier.ㅎ When they anesthetized the nasal tip, wow~~ I suddenly felt this unexplained sadness welling up and ended up crying,ㅎ the doctor wiped away my tears.ㅎㅎㅎ And that bitter taste of anesthetic fluid going down the throat,,ㅋ Anyway, I have something I'm curious about. I had seen a lot of posts saying the nasal tip is done with ear cartilage, so before surgery I told the doctor, because my nasal tip is very blunt, please do it with ear cartilage. But even after going into surgery, they weren't removing ear cartilage. So despite the pain and numbness from the anesthesia, "Heong saeng-him, (doctor ㅋㅋ) when do you take out the ear cartilage?" I asked that, and he said, I never told you I would use ear cartilage? That's what he said. And he explained, for people who don't have much nasal tip, ear cartilage is used to raise the tip slimly, and in my case my own nasal tip is already plump, so it just needs to be tied. Until now I thought the nasal tip was tied with ear cartilage, but was I wrong? Then what about people who had their nasal tip done with ear cartilage? I just can't understand it. ㅠ Ah - and now it's dawn going into the third day. The swelling is so severe that I can't open my eyes, you know? It's to the point where I've forgotten what my face used to look like ㅠ Did everyone swell so much that they couldn't open their eyes? Even though it's nose surgery. Oh right, and maybe there was a slight bony protrusion on my nasal dorsum, so they ground down the nasal bridge bone too? (the pressure of the sound of nasal bone grinding;;) Is it because they ground the bone? It's swollen up to the middle of my forehead, shiny enough to reflect light. My eyesight is bad so I wear glasses, but once I take them off I can't see in front of me, and in this frustrating situation, seeing my two eyes swollen tight and unable to open makes sadness wash over me..ㅋㅋ Please answer my questions~~~~~
