The director asked what style I wanted and how I wanted it done, then gave recommendations on how to make it come out prettiest. They explained things in detail and seemed to reflect the patient’s opinion as much as possible. The director wasn’t extremely warm, but the manager was kind. But when they told my mom that I looked young and that I looked like some celebrity, I actually found that a bit off-putting lol
