Maybe it’s because I had nostril lowering, but my alar bases have turned into a completely bulbous nose ㅠㅠ It must be swelling, right? The doctor did say that while doing alar cartilage grafting, the nose could look a bit upturned and chubby, but it looks two or three times bigger than my old nose, so it’s scary ㅠㅠ Other people don’t seem to swell this much ㅜㅜㅜㅜ I only had the nasal tip done without an implant ㅠㅠ Is this normal? And nose surgery is really, really so hard ㅠ0ㅠ
