I went with a friend for a consultation and had surgery three years ago. My friend had only the back-of-the-jaw angle reduction, while I had the quick zygoma reduction and the back-of-the-jaw angle reduction together. The director seemed like the type who says only exactly what needs to be said, but that was refreshing and I liked it. The consultant and staff were also kind and nice, but there was a nurse or nursing assistant in the operating room who was a bit snippy, and I remember getting irritated right before the anesthesia. I'm very satisfied with the surgery, and my friend who had it with me is satisfied too. Looking at the X-ray before-and-after photos, I thought they had cut away quite a bit even though it was the back of the jaw. No problems with chewing either, and no sagging...
