I went to look into silicone removal and revision of the nasal tip. First of all, there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes from the director's hands. He did point out the problems with my nose very clearly. My nasal bridge is not severely crooked, but he said he would still need to osteotomize it, and when I said I definitely wanted the silicone removed, he said that because I had a dorsal hump, that absolutely could not be done and that silicone had to be inserted. It felt like overtreatment to me, and the cigarette smell was so strong that I was reluctant because I worried about hygiene issues. I also thought the price was absurdly high, so I did it at another clinic.
