I had rhinoplasty at a clinic 6 years ago. I had silicone inserted, cartilage work, and nostril reduction, but the scars from the nostril reduction still have little holes even now haha, so I get a lot of sebum. Honestly, I did it because of my bulbous nose, but the rounded nasal tip and the sharp shape I wanted did not improve at all. For the past few years, even nasal tip drooping has been noticeably visible, so I’m stressed and looking into revision rhinoplasty.. Back then, that clinic was famous for being good, but now that I look at it, honestly I’m not sure..
