I had surgery here and my nose was completely ruined. Nothing I had wanted, including the parts I emphasized even while lying on the operating table, was improved at all, and it became much worse than my natural nose. The hooked nose remained, the slim nasal tip that started around eyebrow height collapsed, and my nostrils are so small that even my little finger won’t fit. The cartilage and silicone all show through. I just became the female Shin Hyun-joon lol. My midface also became longer. From the moment the splint came off until now, months later, because of my nose I’ve developed social anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses, and I’m at the point where I gag whenever I look in the mirror.
