I’m entering my 40s, and my already thin face keeps getting thinner while my body is gaining weight, so I don’t like how it looks. Because my face is thin, it sags and makes me look older and poor. I’m scheduled to have nose surgery this time, but honestly I’m more worried about my thin face than my nose. On top of that, I have a square jaw, so I think it looks even worse. I think the square jaw might look a bit better if the thin face is supplemented. In this case, would fat grafting be okay? I’m planning to do it together when I have nose surgery the day after tomorrow.
