I’m curious. I’m a man~ and I’ve made up my mind to get noble surgery... So what I’m saying is, I heard that men don’t see much effect from noble surgery because their skin is thick. But putting that aside, I heard that if you get noble surgery, your nostrils become upturned and your nasal alae also get stretched. Does everyone become like that after noble surgery? I only want to get noble surgery on my face... What should I do? Please tell me if you’ve tried it. And between Gore-Tex and fat, which is better?
