Day 6 after fat grafting

I had my cheeks and cheekbones done on Monday. I'm not really sure whether what's swollen now is swelling or fat. I don't think I have much swelling. Compared with the first day, the volume seems to have gone down a bit now. My mom says I look just like a newborn baby, and that my formerly slim face was prettier, so I'm stressed out -_-;;;;;; I started going out yesterday, on day 5, and on the subway two women were whispering while looking at me. Ugh,,,,,, It doesn't really show much,,,,, Maybe they noticed because my face looks a bit awkward -_-;;;; My cheeks look exactly like I'm holding hard candy in my mouth. Anyway, at this point it feels like this cheek fat will never go down, but they say that after 2 weeks it gradually goes away and you start worrying, so I'm prepared for a second procedure, and if needed, I'll even do a third. But I have a question for those who had this procedure. When I go out and walk a little or talk, I get dizzy. How were you? Even now, I just came back after being out for 4 hours, and I'm totally dizzy. Please make sure to answer
