It has been about 5 months since surgery, and the middle one is the photo from before surgery. What I don’t like after surgery is that my nose feels hard and looks long. I don’t know how other people see it when I smile, but to me it looks so unnatural... I thought everything would be solved once I just had surgery, but it wasn’t. I really think I shouldn’t have done it. Sometimes I think I’m glad I did it, but I regret it a lot too. What should I do. Even if I have osteotomy and remove the Gore-Tex, I don’t think it will go back to how it was before..
