The feeling of severely uneven eyes.. It's distressing. What could be the reason?

I am 31 years old. Before surgery, my eyes were originally uneven: my right eye had a thin inner double eyelid, and my left eye had a thick line but did not fold cleanly. Through an introduction, I had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic with full-incision double eyelid surgery and removal of sagging skin... On the day of surgery, my right eye opened clearly, but my left eye somehow felt droopy, as if sleepy, and even at home they told me to open my left eye wider. Even though I was opening them the same way. When I looked in the mirror, the eyelashes on my left eye were pointing downward, and the eyelashes on my right eye were pointing upward. I thought it would resolve with time, but now 10 days have passed, and the eyelash direction is still uneven, and the size of the eyelid flesh is also longer on the left side. Also, only the left double-eyelid line extends out toward the side of the nose. When I look in the mirror, the issue is not that the right side is large and the left side is small. The bigger problem is that when I am not looking in the mirror, the uneven sensation I feel in my eyes gives me a headache and I feel mentally scattered. The feeling is that the right side is tightly pulled and lifted upward, while the left eye has no sensation of the skin being pulled and feels drooped downward; the uneven feeling of the skin being pulled while my eyes are open is making things very hard for me. In reality, only my left eye looks sleepy, and on my right eye the entire dark iris is visible, even to the point that the white of the eye shows. So I thought about it... Could this be happening because my left eye has ptosis? Or could it be a sensation caused by the amount of skin, because less sagging skin was removed from my left eye compared with my right eye? When I close my eyes, only the left eyelashes droop, and the length of the skin below the double-eyelid line is much longer on the left. Yesterday I was told at work to resign, and I had already been mentally overwhelmed by the uneven feeling of my double eyelids, but now it has become even harder. Only 10 days have passed, so I don't mind if they look uneven on the outside. The problem is this feeling that one side opens wider and is lifted up unevenly; it feels unnatural, and it is truly distressing and overwhelming. I really want to know the cause of why this strong feeling keeps continuing. If I need revision surgery, when would be a good time to have it? And if I have revision surgery, what kind of surgery would I need to get back the same feeling in both eyes?
