I came back from surgery, it hurts so much

My surgery ended at 8, and after resting a bit at home, I’m posting this. During the surgery it didn’t hurt at all, but as the anesthesia wore off, it started hurting in an unpleasant way I did silicone and tip cartilage, and my ear really hurts. It feels stiff~ Before surgery I was really tense because I was afraid it would hurt, but once I actually went into surgery, I could feel things but it didn’t hurt at all. In reviews, many people said they woke from anesthesia in the middle and it hurt, so I was really worried. Thankfully that didn’t happen, but once the anesthesia wore off, it was no joke. The nasal tip and ear area feel tight and sore~ sigh Just now I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror, and I was shocked. What kind of fox is this~ hahaha. The swelling between my eyebrows is no joke, even bruising. I’m dying to have a week pass quickly so I can see the result haha My nosebleed won’t stop either.. I’m sleepy, but I’m worried I’ll touch it while sleeping, so I can’t even lie down haha It feels like my nose has become a bulbous nose, but that’s because of swelling, right? Before surgery, I was busy worrying only about whether it would hurt, but now that surgery is over, I’m worried the nose shape may have come out wrong. Originally we planned to put in 3 mm of silicone, but the doctor said 4 mm would probably be okay, so I put in 4 mm. I’m worried it might look too high and obvious. Still, now that the surgery is over, I feel relieved haha
