I just came back from surgery..

I just came back from surgery The traffic was a bit bad on the way back, so I got home late I had osteotomy, nose tip, and bridge done.. Lying on the operating table, I asked the doctor, "We're doing this and this, right?" and then.. "Did we also say we were doing xx?"...Yes..-_-; I said at the consultation that we would do it. Then he said, "Then let's do it," but honestly.. if I hadn't said anything, would he have not done it?;; And he said he would also do zz, but what about that? He said he wouldn't do that. Wow.. During the consultation, I said I wanted it because I was worried about nasal obstruction and breathing.. He says he won't do it....Well, it's okay if it's corrected later, but if I hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have known.. Hearing that again on the operating table was a bit surprising; Also, do they normally record everything before surgery? They recorded the various recommendations and precautions, and had me sign papers like a form.. Is that normal =ㅁ=;; Right now it hurts so much and throbs a lot;; maybe because of the osteotomy;; There's so much blood. It's gotten on my clothes too.. They say if there is a lot of bleeding, the dressing gets packed tighter, but I can't even see the keyboard right now, so please understand any typos.;; There's so much bleeding.. the swelling is getting worse.. ugh. The nose shape is.. too severe.. and unlike other people's, I can't even see the line, so I'll just upload again in a few days. It's just that I had a bulbous nose, but the width of my nostrils seems the same... That's sad.. And.. they said my nostrils didn't get longer and stayed round.. is that how it is for everyone? They said some people get longer and some don't.. They said mine wouldn't. It would be so weird if they stayed round.. sob.. Please encourage me.. right now all I can do besides drinking pumpkin juice is just sit here... I can't even wear glasses so I can't see anything.. and if I stay still, blood keeps flowing out through my mouth.. sob..
