I went to get an estimate for rhinoplasty at a place close to home. There was about a 30-minute wait, and they said it is usually hard to get a same-day consultation with the director, but the timing happened to work right after surgery ended, so I got to see him. I had the consultation with the consultant first, and she was really kind. Since it was my first hospital consultation, overall I felt comfortable and asked everything I was curious about before leaving. I saw the director for about 10 minutes and asked everything I wanted to know. He only said exactly what was necessary, and since he has many years of experience, I could feel his expertise. He said he does not use septal cartilage because of side effects, and since my nose is very low, how many mm he would raise it…
