I had nose surgery yesterday, and today is day 1. I watched videos on YouTube before going, but after talking with the doctor, I felt he was more honest, so I decided to have the surgery.
Honestly, even until a few weeks before surgery, I was thinking, Should I just get silicone put in at that Gangnam plastic surgery clinic that those 4th-generation girl groups go to? But since I am not going to live as a celebrity, I decided that safety and lifelong durability were more important standards for me, so I chose Newnis. I also really liked the director's philosophy of pursuing a nose that does not look obviously operated on. No matter how pretty a nose is, if it looks surgical, I can only see the nose... In the end, I am extremely satisfied right now. They precisely reflected the requests I made (the tip should be round, not sharp; improve the boxy width of the nose from the front), and I heard they spent a long time worrying about my requests while doing the surgery lol. I went in around 10:30, and by the time it was over, it was around 1:30.
Even to my eye, the surgery does not look obvious at all right now, and I am so happy that my face seems prettier. However, the doctor said the height would go down a little, but I hope it does not go down any more, because it is just right and pretty as it is. T_T
I think there is almost no swelling, and there is only a little bruising under the glabella, but it is slight enough to cover with makeup. (I am the type of person whose skin bruises very easily and bruises take a long time to fade because of my constitution, so I was a little worried about this, but as the director said on YouTube, it seems true that bruising and swelling are minimized compared with other hospitals.)
