Because the silicone + cartilage was visible, I had revision surgery with dermis.. I had revision surgery with dermis, which they said would be the least noticeable.. even leaving a scar on my buttocks.. but it didn't help at all.. Especially the nasal tip cartilage is blunt, way too blunt.. And on the area connecting the nasal bridge to the nasal tip, something like a red pimple always appears, like a bulbous drunkard's nose, and it's driving me crazy.. I can ask for revision surgery, right?
