I finally had my nose revised today. My nose is so short and low, and the front part of my nose is small, so it was hard to decide to go ahead with the revision. But now that it’s done, I’m so happy. It doesn’t hurt at all, there’s no swelling, and the surgery time was very short, so I felt good. Above all, I’m so grateful that they made my nose look so good, and thankful again and again. For the middle part of the nose, the very low part, they inserted Gore-Tex, and over that they inserted silicone. And for the tip they put in cartilage, and it seems like they put in two pieces there. After the surgery they showed me a mirror, and I’m just hoping the swelling goes down quickly. I’m so happy, and if I could, I’d want that support brace to stay on forever. I even thought, if only it were that high, how nice would it be? But because my nose itself is so low and short, I went in with very little expectation, and it seems like everything turned out much better than I expected. I’ll upload before-and-after photos soon. They said they can’t make a short nose longer, but they can make it look longer... How can one day feel so long...
