About 4 years ago I had non-incisional eye correction and fat removal. The facility was spacious and nice, and there were quite a lot of foreigners. The price wasn’t cheap, but there were no scars after surgery and it looked neat, so I was pretty satisfied. But after a few years, it has loosened again now
