These are before-and-after photos. It was revision surgery. The before photo was taken 7 years ago, and my nose was too low, blunt, upturned, and short, so I had revision surgery. I clearly kept saying during the surgery that I wanted it noticeably higher, I mentioned that the nasal tip was slightly crooked, said my nose was short so I wanted it lengthened, and asked them to tie the nostrils narrower too.. But nothing has changed. The height hasn’t changed, the nostrils are even rounder, the nasal tip is still crooked, and they said they would lower the columella, but the columella is still tucked higher than both nostrils. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks, and it’s my first time seeing the director after surgery. I should talk about revision surgery, right?? The stress is no joke. It feels like such a waste of money, and it was a revision surgery I decided on with difficulty, so I’m extremely upset that the result turned out like this.
