I went for a consultation because I liked the fat repositioning method described on the website. The doctor felt a bit, well, businesslike and stiff. He wasn't exactly authoritarian or unfriendly, but he didn't seem like the type to put you at ease either. Even after I came back from the consultation, when I asked questions online about things I was curious about, the answers were not very helpful at all, and regardless of the question, they only gave copy-paste-style replies.
