Both the director and the manager were kind! The director even made jokes and helped me relax, and gave me a gentle consultation haha The manager was kind too, but when it came to the cost consultation, the pressure to pay a reservation deposit was way too strong And they said the deposit isn't refundable.. The price difference between booking on the same day and not doing so was so big that it felt suspicious
