The director is kind, has a good impression, and explains things passionately. They also have many extreme eye cases, and they show surgery scenes through photos or videos. On the other hand, the counseling manager was the worst. They had no knowledge at all about not only restoration but eye surgery in general, and explained things with a nonsensical surgical method. When hit with the truth, they glossed over it but kept insisting until the end, and only tried to beat the patient, so I was dumbfounded. I was shocked by the way they subtly insulted patients’ faces and nitpicked patients’ behavior when they didn’t like it.
