About the nose looking crooked

A little over 2 hours after surgery, my nose started looking crooked. Is that because of swelling, or is there a problem with the surgery itself.. Should I wait until the swelling goes down.. or did the surgery go wrong?

Sigh, seriously... -_-;; I had the tip done because of a bulbous nose..
