I had zygoma surgery on Wednesday. Yesterday I stayed holed up at home, and today I was going to go out for even about a 20-minute walk, but it suddenly got cold I guess I’ll go out after 12. For everyone who had zygoma surgery, please tell me what helped when reducing zygoma swelling
