The director had a Winnie-the-Pooh-like image, just like in the reviews. He didn’t overtreat and tried to operate within the line of preserving my face as much as possible. I really liked that. The staff member was kind when talking with me, but when speaking to another patient’s guardian, I saw that sort of jaded, overused look of someone working in the medical field, which was a bit disappointing.
