It’s now day 28 since I had implant-free hump nose functional rhinoplasty. Septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used, and unless I say I had surgery, no one would know. It doesn’t look like a nose made by surgery; it’s natural. If the line you want from the start is a very obvious one, I don’t know, but if you really want it to be natural and safe, I think you’ll be very satisfied.
