They tell you exactly what is needed, and I get the feeling they leave the decision-making to me. They ask whether, in their opinion, this seems necessary, and if you say yes, it feels like they then say let's proceed with that too. They answer every question well one by one. They are gentle and warm. The consultation manager was just ordinary.
