I'm getting nose surgery next week. I only had a consultation at one place and decided to have surgery right away, sigh, I don't know if I did the right thing. I do have a nasal bridge, but my nasal tip is a bit blunt, so I'm planning surgery. The doctor said it would be enough to just do cartilage suturing, so I agreed, but after coming here and looking around, it seems like everyone is using Gore-Tex or silicone and also doing suturing. If I only have the cartilage sutured, will I not see much effect? Oh, and they told me my nose is short. If the nose is short, is surgery difficult? Cartilage suturing alone is 1.5 million won; isn't that a bit expensive? ㅡㅜ
