I had it done under sleep anesthesia.. But I wasn't completely asleep.. I could hear all the sounds of them tapping my nasal bones with a hammer........ They seemed to tap twice each time. But if they reduce the nasal bones by tapping with a hammer during osteotomy, isn't there a chance it could become asymmetric? Since the force from a person's hand probably can't be perfectly consistent.. What I'm most worried about is whether the bones on both sides might have been osteotomized asymmetrically..... Please share your experiences if you've had osteotomy..
