My nostrils show too much, right? The doctor told me to only raise the nasal bridge (silicone, 3 mm), so I only did the bridge.. It’s so natural that.. No one knows I had surgery.. I’m more or less satisfied with the side view.. But when I take a photo, my nostrils show like that... The nasal tip.. what would be a good way to touch it up? Should I reduce the alar base too?
