My friends kept saying everything except my nose was good-looking, so through my friend’s “nose-lighting,” I decided to get nose surgery. With my friend’s strong recommendation, I wanted to have surgery somewhere with a single director rather than a factory-style plastic surgery clinic, so I even booked the surgery on the consultation day. During the consultation, they said my nasal bridge already had some height, so I wouldn’t need silicone. But once the filler was actually removed, my nasal bridge was much lower than expected, so they used silicone. They adapted it well to the nose I wanted and to the situation.
