There’s way too much fat grafted into my cheeks.

It has been one week since I had fat grafting to my cheeks. I went to work today, and people said my cheeks were so swollen that they looked unsightly. (People don’t know I had surgery. I only said they were swollen because I was sick, but they said they were severely swollen and looked unsightly.. Everyone asks when it will go down.) They say the major swelling goes down in a week, so most of the swelling must already be gone, right? No matter how I look at it, I think too much fat was grafted.. sob sob Some people even ask if I had eye surgery because my eyes look smaller.. A lot of this needs to disappear... The clinic says the grafted fat will hardly disappear. They say it was done well.. and that it will look natural in 2-3 weeks. Before surgery, I was worried that too much fat would be absorbed, but now I’m worried that most of this fat will keep surviving. I’d be happy if only exactly half survived. What should I do in this situation? Is there any secret method to make the fat absorption happen a bit more prettily and well?
