I'm a man, and my eyes are small, so it's a complex for me. I want to make them a bit bigger, but I don't want double eyelid surgery, and I'm thinking about posterior-lower canthoplasty. Could I get some effect from it? Also, I have inner double eyelids, so if my eyes become longer from posterior-lower canthoplasty, does the inner double eyelid line also extend backward? Is that also something that requires surgery?
