I had seen a lot of reviews saying the doctor was unfriendly, so I was a bit worried, but I think I understand what people meant. Still, they answered every question I asked, and there was nothing careless about it. However, they strongly encouraged the patient to decide, which was a bit disappointing. It would probably not suit someone who needs certainty.
