After rhinoplasty, when can I start doing push-ups or heavy weight training that puts strain on the face? Also, I’m curious whether doing them is bad or increases the chance of side effects if there is a silicone implant. I usually do push-ups with a 20 kg plate on my back, so I’m wondering if that could cause any problems after rhinoplasty.
