It's day 3 after my rhinoplasty, and after removing the cotton packing, I saw that a bulging piece of tissue had appeared right next to the columella between the nostrils.
Could this be scar tissue..? Or is it something that happened because I didn't have alar reduction, and the nasal skin got pulled while the cartilage was being tied?
If anyone had the same symptom, please share your experience
