Oh no, this can’t be happening

I had square jaw surgery on February 7. My face shape had the mandibular angles curving inward, and the front of my face had a pointed chin. They say that in this case, a long-curved square jaw resection is used. But for me.....it looks like they just cut the square jaw. According to the doctor, a nerve passes through the lower jaw below the molars, and the tooth roots are long, so they couldn’t shave far forward.. They said it was shaped as well as possible. But I.. Even though I don’t have swelling, the square jaw is gone, but a double angle has formed. I’m suspicious whether it’s because they thought my condition would be really bad, or whether the procedure itself was a bit difficult and they avoided it. (I know I shouldn’t think this way) I spent money and time and went through bone-cutting pain, but because the result is this bad, I really feel like dying I also did my nose at the same time///it became crooked (nasal tip). The hospital says I was originally a bit asymmetric.. Isn’t that too irresponsible? I thought it had gone really well and was happy.. but a double angle.. I’d rather have the square jaw. The square jaw is gone, and now there’s an angle under my jaw, so I look like some disabled person Everyone, what should I do
