I had paranasal augmentation surgery on January 27.. I think it's been 26 days now... but the swelling isn't going down.. On both sides of my nose, the skin is drooping like it's sagging.. and the tight skin is puffed out~ so the nasolabial folds next to it look even deeper..ㅡㅡ; And along the side of my jaw, there's a slightly bulging swelling like a bulldog. So... my face looks really bad.. On top of that, I had nose surgery too, but why do the nostrils look wider...,ㅡㅡ;; Does paranasal augmentation make the nostrils look wider? The doctor said it seems like 4 mm of silicone was inserted, but I wasn't sunk in that much... For something that went in 4 mm, it doesn't even look protruded, and now it looks even more sunken... so I regret it... The foreign-body sensation is severe.. and when I smile, my nostrils flare a lot. Among those who had paranasal surgery... has anyone gotten better after some time?? At this point I want to take it out... but they say it will leave scar tissue and make the skin look droopy, so I'm even more scared.. and thinking about having to stay swollen for another 2+ weeks is awful... Please give me advice
