When getting plastic surgery, there’s an amount that the consultants propose first, right? Is that exactly the amount you have to pay, the non-negotiable amount? If you negotiate and get it a bit cheaper, could there be a penalty? Like careless service or aftercare, or doing the surgery roughly. What do you all think?
