Tomorrow will be day 7 soon, and the yellow bruising has almost gone away. Right now I mostly just have swelling in my nose, so when I go back to work, I won’t be able to do warm compresses while I’m working. I’m wondering if that’s okay I’ve been doing compresses once every hour. After breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I’ve also been consistently walking for 30 minutes. I’m asking because I wonder if there are any other swelling-care methods. I know time is the answer, but
