Today is day 4, so I went and had the cotton removed from inside my nose. My nostrils are very uneven,, I'm thinking it's because of swelling, but I'm asking just in case. When the swelling goes down, do they usually return a bit? Or if the nostrils are uneven now, are they generally still uneven even after the swelling goes down? I'd appreciate replies only from people who have had surgery
