Hello.. It has been 17 days since I had nose surgery using chest cartilage... They worked on the nasal bridge, nasal tip, and shaved the wide bone... But both the height and the shape do not suit my face, so I want to remove everything.. I wanted the bone shaved anyway, so I don't mind that, but I hate the shape and everything... Can all of the cartilage be removed too..? I heard cartilage gets integrated into the tissue, so it's difficult.. Is that true..? When I asked the director who performed my surgery to take it out, he said he won't do it if I just ask him to remove it without a clear reason.. Since it's not like I have complications... But I really feel like I'm going to become depressed... I went to another hospital and they said they would remove it, but,,, every doctor has a different surgical method... Will they be able to remove it well? Can I go back to my old nose.. I heard that if you have surgery and then remove it, the nose becomes upturned.. Is that really true.. If anyone knows, please, I ask for your replies...
