Do I absolutely have to go to Apgujeong? I heard Guwol-dong is Incheon’s plastic surgery hub, so I was just going to do it there, but it seems like there are surprisingly a lot of bad reviews. Otherwise, please recommend a decent place around Incheon or Bucheon. For reference, the surgery would be double eyelid surgery, and I think I’ll need ptosis correction too.
