After finishing surgery yesterday...........

I finally finished surgery yesterday and came back. I went again today too. I had surgery in February last year, but the silicone implant became crooked, so I had revision surgery in November. Since I have a bulbous nose and they made it too large, I just had it removed in February. Only the cartilage was tied together.......... Because of that, the tip looked blunt and dull. Worse than in my old photos....... Before I knew it, I had become a mirror princess........ Thinking this had to be my final surgery...... With help from people in this community, I had surgery at an ENT clinic, not a plastic surgery clinic. At first, the director told me not to do it. He said the cartilage might be badly damaged and that it was fine even now.... But for me it was a source of stress and a complex, so I kept following him around and asking.... So finally, yesterday..... Because it was a revision surgery, instead of sedation anesthesia, they anesthetized my nose and the doctor told me to look at the nose shape.... He said I should decide carefully because I must not have revision surgery again...... So I could feel everything. But the doctor and nurse took good care of me, so it went well without pain......... He said he specializes in bulbous noses, so he removed tissue, attached the cartilage that had been cut away at the previous surgery clinic, and was extremely meticulous...... He took septal cartilage and used it to support the nose. My nose was a "sock nose" (the tip was very strange...... the previous clinic made it that way), and I had a lot of tissue, so it seemed like he had quite a hard time. Feeling it firsthand, I could tell the difference between a skilled doctor and one who is not......... I really felt that you need to know the clinic well and research a lot before doing it. He said it was a shame, because I would have been more satisfied if this had been my first surgery. Right now the area between my eyebrows is very swollen and tape is still on, but the side profile turned out pretty....... And my nose got smaller too. I hope all of you become prettier too......... Please research carefully before doing it...... Until the day everyone becomes pretty.. Fighting^^
