It’s my first rhinoplasty as a man, and it will be done with autologous costal cartilage, without an implant. The price is in the 9 million won range, but after getting private medical insurance reimbursement, it comes down to the 6 million won range. Is that okay? Also, does implant-free rhinoplasty have no side effects? I don’t have much information about implant-free rhinoplasty. And I’d be grateful if you could recommend places famous for male rhinoplasty
